I won this chart on Melissa's blog a month or more ago. Thanks again Melissa!

Honestly I don't know why it took me this long to stitch it.I adore BBD! So much so I started a blog for us BBD fans.I hope you are able to join us.It's just a casual place to show WIPS and finished projects.Just easier than reading a gazbillion blogs out there lol.I never realized there were so many cross stitch blogs out there.Whew!Anyway anyone is invited whether you have a blog or not.So I hope you'll join!

Lovely start! Do you stitch everything over one? Just curious :) It's looking great so far.

You're welcome! Glad you've started stitching it. Looking forward to seeing the house "construction" begin. Will check out your BBD blog later.

I'm headed to your other blog also. I love BBD, and for some reason I don't get around to stitching them! Your work so far looks lovely--and very tiny! Over one?

Hi--you can get Dorothy's Garden (by Stitcher's Hands) at ABCstitch.com. I got mine at an LNS in VA called In Stitches. There are no specialty stitches, and it's charted for both DMC and AVAS. The chart is about $14 U.S., which means it's less than a lot of them out there, and especially since I'm doing it on 32 count, it's turning out to be quite large, which I'm happy about since I want to frame it and hang it on one of my big empty walls.

What a great start of a great design. And over one, it looks gorgeous. I also love BBD and even stitch one from time to time, lol, so I'll check out your new blog.

Lovely work on your BBD! I'm fascinated with over-1 stitching these days, but only of course with my trusty magnifier which never seems to leave my side any more!
